Dog Walkers

K9 Answers Offers Dog Walking/Pack Walking Services in Los Angeles, CA and All Surrounding Areas.

ENRICHMENT SERVICES

We offer enrichment walks, especially for energetic friendly dogs or dogs who have completed our board and train program. This is a good opportunity to get that pent-up energy out while also maintaining leash manners and obedience skills. We require at least a once-per-week commitment.

PACK WALKS

Packages

5 walks $250
10 walks $500
15 walks $750

The duration of our pack walks are 1-3 hours including pick up and drop off. We will be walking for at least 1 hr while your dog is with us while also working on their stays and leash manners.

TRAINING WALK

Cost is $75 per walk.

The duration of our training walks are 1 hour. During that time we will teach your dog leash skills to be able to integrate into our pack walks. Your dog will learn leash manners, loose leash walking, and how to stay. Training walks can be purchased individually typically needing 3 sessions before being eligible for pack walks.

We start with an initial meet and greet to make sure your dog fits our program. We will come to you and pick up your dog if you’re within our service area. (15-20 minute radius from West Hollywood.)

Why we walk?

Most dogs need at least 45 minutes to 1 hour of physical stimulation to be fulfilled. Without this stimulation, they can become bored and start destructive behaviors. This also offers much-needed exposure to new environments. During our walks, your dog will practice impulse control and important obedience skills that you will be able to incorporate into your everyday life.

How we walk?

We prefer to run the dogs in order to exercise them. Walking is great for younger puppies, socializing (exposure), and potty breaks but is not usually a sufficient form of physical stimulation. Also, we prefer to walk the dogs in groups to help socialize the dogs in a structured manner. Socializing dogs with only play usually leads to conditioning excitement leading to leash reactivity and other behavioral issues.
